MILET NOODLES (HEALTHY RECIPE)

  • 1 packet millet noodles
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • Β½ cup onion (sliced)
  • Β½ cup carrot (julienne)
  • Β½ cup capsicum / bell pepper
  • ΒΌ cup cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  • Salt and black pepper (as needed)
  • Spring onions for garnish

  1. Boil Water
    Heat water in a pot and add the millet noodles. Cook for about 5–8 minutes until soft.
  2. Drain the Noodles
    Remove the water and rinse noodles with cold water to stop overcooking.
  3. Cook Vegetables
    Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and onions and sautΓ© for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add Vegetables
    Add carrots, capsicum, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Mix Noodles
    Add the cooked millet noodles to the pan. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir Fry
    Mix everything well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve
    Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
