🥄 How to Make Jeera Water
Method 1 (Boiled – More Effective)
- Take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
- Add to 1 glass (250 ml) water.
- Boil for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain and drink warm (preferably on an empty stomach).
Method 2 (Overnight Soaked)
- Soak 1 teaspoon cumin seeds in 1 glass water overnight.
- Boil in the morning (optional) and drink
