🥄 How to Make Jeera Water

Method 1 (Boiled – More Effective)

  1. Take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
  2. Add to 1 glass (250 ml) water.
  3. Boil for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Strain and drink warm (preferably on an empty stomach).

Method 2 (Overnight Soaked)

  1. Soak 1 teaspoon cumin seeds in 1 glass water overnight.
  2. Boil in the morning (optional) and drink
