
π₯ Ingredients
- 1 packet millet noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- Β½ cup onion (sliced)
- Β½ cup carrot (julienne)
- Β½ cup capsicum / bell pepper
- ΒΌ cup cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
- Salt and black pepper (as needed)
- Spring onions for garnish
Millet noodles are made from millet flour and other grains, making them healthier than regular noodles and rich in fiber and nutrients.
π©βπ³ Cooking Method
- Boil Water
Heat water in a pot and add the millet noodles. Cook for about 5β8 minutes until soft. - Drain the Noodles
Remove the water and rinse noodles with cold water to stop overcooking. - Cook Vegetables
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and onions and sautΓ© for 1β2 minutes. - Add Vegetables
Add carrots, capsicum, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2β3 minutes. - Mix Noodles
Add the cooked millet noodles to the pan. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt, and pepper. - Stir Fry
Mix everything well and cook for another 2 minutes. - Serve
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
